The Mentor Protégé Agreement between Odyssey Marketing Group, an 8(a) woman owned, small disadvantaged business, and Taylor Consultants, Incorporated, a service disabled veteran owned business (SDVOB) was approved by the Small Business Administration on September 24, 2010.

Based out of Alpharetta GA with offices in Falls Church, Virginia the Odyssey-TCI JV, LLC Team serves customers in both the public and private sectors – defense, state and local government, and commercial. We support clients throughout the National Guard Bureau and the 54 States and Territories to provide a broad spectrum of financial services including Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution through Schedule III (Financial Support Services) of the PASS.
